Repo Gacha is a free browser card game where every card is a real, public GitHub repository. Pull a card and you might get a framework that half the internet depends on, a tutorial you starred in 2019 and never opened, or a gloriously pointless project that exists only because someone thought it was funny. Each card comes with its real stats and a one-line roast.
Stars become ATK and repository size becomes DEF, both on a 1–99 scale. Rarity follows fame: UR cards are the giants, while some of the funniest cards in the game are humble N pulls. You get 30 free pulls a day, reset at your local midnight, and every tenth pull without an SR or better is guaranteed to give you one. There are no accounts, no paid packs and nothing to buy.
Once you have a collection, build a Stack of up to five cards, with a total cost of 12 or less, and send it into automatic battles written up as incident reports. Line up the right languages, ecosystems and abandoned projects to trigger combos like Monorepo, Graveyard Shift or Rewrite It In Rust, then share a challenge link and let a friend's Stack try to take yours down.
